About Nikki
Nikki Wetherell Yardy is the founder and clinical director of Virago Wellness. She helps women heal from abuse, neglect, assault, anxiety, panic, low self-worth, and difficult relationships, with particular expertise in complex trauma. She began working in mental health in 2009 across residential, wilderness-therapy, outpatient, and school-based settings, shifted her focus to women's mental health in 2014, and founded Virago Wellness in 2019. She is an EMDR-certified therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant and also uses parts work and somatic approaches.
