Eating Disorder Screening Test

The following is a questionnaire designed to help you identify potential symptoms of an eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.

The test involves answering a short series of five questions relating to your relationship with food, eating, and your self-image.

This assessment is known as the SCOFF Questionnaire and is based on the work of Morgan et al., (1999).
