I am a trauma therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, reiki master, and practitioner of shamanic healing. My approach is spirit-based therapy, a weaving of psychotherapy and holistic modalities. The integration of these techniques allows for healing on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual. While every client's healing journey is unique, I aim to help clients restore their sense of self, find deep healing, and step into a more empowered and fulfilling life.
